Senior Auditor – Investments

This prestigious Financial Services organisation has an exciting opportunity within the Investments/Front Office audit team. The hiring manager is looking for someone who has, internal audit experience in front office/trading from either banking or asset management. Someone with external audit in asset management or capital markets with a good understanding of risk and control could also be considered. ​

He or she should have good interpersonal skills as they will need to interact closely with some top portfolio/fund managers as well as other senior stakeholders. This internal audit team has a low staff turnover and because it is a high-profile position, those who do well often have opportunities to move into other areas of the business. There is also a track record of people being promoted, for example the hiring manager is someone I placed as a junior who has subsequently been promoted 3 times.

There is a hybrid working environment with typically 3 days a week in the office. Although not compulsory, there is an opportunity to do international travel to reasonably exotic places. Past audits have included Argentina, Australia, and the Far East.
