Third Party Risk Analyst

Job Summary: As a Third Party Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing third-party risks to ensure the continued integrity and security of the organization’s operations. This position involves evaluating third-party relationships, monitoring compliance, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence on potential third-party vendors, assessing their financial stability, security practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess the ongoing performance and compliance of existing third-party relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce third-party risk policies and procedures.
  • Perform risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and control assessments on third-party vendors.
  • Identify and report potential risk issues and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to third-party risk assessments and compliance.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Risk Management).
  • Proven experience in third-party risk analysis, vendor management, or risk assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
