The role

Our Global Risk and Assurance team seeks exceptional individuals to help mature the Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) function across our organization and its international brands. The Enterprise Risk Manager will:

  1. Facilitate the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process, integrating risk management into operational processes.
  2. Monitor business unit risk and control environments, consulting on risk mitigation plans.
  3. Act as a key contact for the overall risk management framework.
  4. Engage effectively with leaders worldwide, ensuring a proper understanding of risk management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across countries and functions.
  • Share creative ideas for continuous improvement of the risk management program.
  • Stay updated on macro and micro-environment, regulatory trends, and emerging risks.
  • Deliver key events and workshops on behalf of the ERM team.
  • Own the ERM tooling platform, providing risk reporting and insights.
  • Assist in providing coaching and guidance to senior business leaders.
  • Facilitate the business unit risk process, overseeing risk identification, assessment, and reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and issue risk reporting and presentations.
  • Provide Second Line review on material risk issues.
  • Conduct thematic deep-dive quality assurance.

You

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in areas related to governance, risk, compliance, strategy, legal, or internal audit.
  • Fluent in English, good communication skills, ability to work with large amounts of data.
