The Role

• Responsibility: Primary oversight of operational risks within business units.
• Incident Management: Lead incident reporting, investigation, and resolution processes.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to operational risk policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Generate comprehensive operational risk reports for senior management and committees.
• Collaboration: Work closely with 2nd Line of Defense and stakeholders, fostering a risk-aware culture.

 

Your Skills
As the ideal candidate you will have …

• Previous line 1 and line 2, operational risk experience operating within financial services.
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills & confidence in word and excel.
• Understanding of Operational risk and the wider picture
