Compliance Policy Manager

My client is an investment bank based in central London.

They have gone through some growth and change recently and a few new positions have been created.

They are looking to hire a new member of the team to cover new compliance policies. This will be a hands-on coordinator of all new policies and associated procedures.

You will be charged with designing, implementing, and managing core compliance processes and taking ownership of the policy framework across the whole bank and compliance department.

You will work with the whole compliance department in your planning and development of the policy framework. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Compliance and be heavily involved with multiple projects at one time so good coordination skills are required.

You must be working within compliance at an investment bank, regulator or consultancy to apply for this role.

There is flexible working with 2 days at home.
