Compliance Officer & MLRO

We are working with an established global Fintech business who are in the next phase of growth.  We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer & MLRO to manage the Compliance and Financial Crime teams in the UK and across various jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of online trading, crypto and payments. Reporting to the Board you will be responsible for building and enhancing the risk framework to ensure fit for purpose as new products and services are launched, liaison with the regulators, embrace process automation and strengthen the risk based monitoring controls, complete a full risk assessment and implement a robust framework around financial crime.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Fintech businesses and a good understanding of the risks associated with online customers particularly around financial crime controls, cyber risk and operational risk. Demonstrable experience of leading teams and supporting business growth.
