Compliance Monitoring Officer
I am working with a Global Commodities firm who are seeking an ambitious, motivated, compliance professional looking to build on their compliance career.
The role will involve carrying out monitoring (routine and thematic) across trading activities and deeper dive into FCA regulated business including MAR and MiFID II, work closely with the traders and advising the business on regulatory changes, engage with exchanges, price reporting agencies and regulators on surveillance topics, deliver training on market conduct related matters and carry out regulatory and internal investigations.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, with a minimum of 3 years FCA compliance experience (buy side or sell side) including monitoring, thematic reviews. A confident communicator able to liaise with stakeholders internally and externally, ambitious with the drive to learn and progress, keen to work in a fast paced trading environment in a collaborative culture.
