Compliance Manager
Barclay Simpson are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join the London office of a fast growing, start-up wealth manager and IFA. This is a truly unique opportunity to be the first compliance hire for a business with high growth potential and to build out a compliance function as you see fit.
This role is generalist in nature and will require someone who is confident facing off with investment professionals. You will be building compliance frameworks from the ground up and will be required to writ policies and procedures. You will also be required to compliance advice to investment professionals. This really is a great opportunity for someone to progress quickly and grow as the business grows. There could be an opportunity to grow out a team underneath you in the future also.
You will have compliance experience from a Wealth Manager or IFA. You will also have a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. The salary on offer is £60,000 – £70,000 plus bonus and benefits. Please send enquiries and CVs to jb@barclaysimpson.com
