Chief Risk & Compliance Officer
I am working with a successful Dubai based Conglomerate on their search for a new CRCO to join the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar large conglomerate with exposure to multiple non-FS sectors and industries. You will need to be able to adapt your style and approach appropriately to suit stakeholders at all levels across very large as well as tiny business units.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Management of the Risk & Compliance department (Budgeting, Reporting, Planning, Performance & Training)
- Board and Committee engagement
- Risk & Compliance Policy and Procedure
- AML Compliance
- Operational Compliance
- Risk & Compliance training and awareness across the Group
- Guidance and support to subsidiary businesses on Risk & Compliance matters
- Establish, maintain and improve on Frameworks, Policy & Procedures
- Drive change and improvement in ERM
- Manage Whistle Blowing programme across the group
