Compliance Advisory Director

My client is an Investment bank looking to hire an SVP from a tier one or a Director from a tier 2 for a Director of Fixed Income Compliance Advisory role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a compliance advisory specialist to join an experienced team of compliance officers in the Global Markets Sales and Trading space.

You will sit alongside the equities and fx compliance directors reporting into the head of public side advisory.

This is an exceptional opportunity if you are at a tier one and feel stifled in your current role and have limited routes to director. You can be a bigger fish in a smaller pond.

The bank is interesting and has gone through some structural changes. Joining this new structure you will be instrumental in developing a solid compliance culture across the business.

The culture is more relaxed than at tier ones and you will be dealing with nice stakeholders and working in a flexible environment. (3 days at home).

To apply for this role you must have a solid understanding of the rules and regulations surrounding fixed income compliance at a wholesale bank.

Salary is £100,000 – £140,000 basic.
