Senior Compliance Manager

Compliance Manager sought with experience in Equities, Commodities, Derivatives, FX, Futures and Options to join our client who is a well known name in Wholesale Banking, Capital Markets.

The role will involve reviewing and updating policies in line with regulatory changes, design and delivery of regulatory training, ensure the timely identification of risks, provide advice on the application of global compliance policies (including exchange rules, new initiatives products and services, marketing materials, new transaction structures, global jurisdictions and new systems), identify emerging risks and escalate to mitigate threats, participate in the annual Compliance Risk Assessment process, design and drive specific targeted desk based thematic reviews, manage relationships with the regulators and exchanges.

The ideal candidate will have compliance advisory experience from a Bank, Brokerage or Exchange. Be comfortable liaising with Exchanges and Regulators and drafting papers and responses. First class communication skills, a collaborative team player with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
