Deputy Head of Compliance
We’re hiring an interim Deputy Head of Compliance for a leading provider of M&A advisory services, for an office based in London.
This role will include:
- Provision of advisory services across all regulatory matters
- Advice and support on regulatory matters for Corporate Finance, Corporate Broking and Trading
- Oversight of the Control room
- Engagement of 2nd Line Monitoring activities
- Trade Surveillance
- Onboarding of new clients and required AML investigations
- Business wide training and support on compliance matters
