Senior Software Assurance Engineer| Government client | SC Clearance required | up to £90k + bonus + fully company benefits | Flexible working | Great Malvern office
Our government/ Defence client are seeking Senior Software Assurance Engineers to Join their team based in Great Malvern. Due to the global instability, our countries defence and cyber security is fundamentally important, and you will be play a huge part on some exciting long term projects contributing to this.
As the Senior Software Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the software delivery across multiple projects. You will be part of a talented team providing technical analysis of the software of highly important safety critical systems, whilst having the confidence and knowledge to feedback to the team issues that are within or you can see arising in the systems. You will have the opportunity to work on the latest government / defence platforms, being a key member in the assessment of 3rd party software and documentation ensuring that it reaches adequate safety and conformance to standards.
Although its beneficial to come from a Government / Defence background, if you come from other highly regulated environments such as Aviation, medical etc then that is fine. Due to the nature of the client, this role requires all candidates to be SC cleared so you must have or be eligible to go through this.
