IT Service Operation Specialist (M365 Stack) | Dekendorf office (up to 3 days per week in office) | total comp up to €55,000

I am currently working with a leading insurance firm backed by an insurance giant who are looking for an IT Service Operation specialist within the Microsoft 365 stack (m365) to join their team based in Dekendorf.

As the IT Service Operation Specialist:

• Administration, documentation and troubleshooting of our system landscape
• You will be involved in the Incident, Change and Requirements processes
• Our employees will support you on site and you will look for suitable solutions to problems (2nd and 3rd level support)
• You have the ability to analyze complex technical problems related to Microsoft 365, ServiceNow and cloud technologies and develop comprehensive solutions
• You create comprehensive documentation to share knowledge and optimize the support process

Skills and experience required:

• You have already gained professional experience in IT and have very good knowledge of the M365 stack (Teams, Planner, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Strong communication skills being comfortable dealing with customers
• Due to the nature of the role, you must be fluent (both written and verbal) in German and English
• Confident working on team projects as well as independently
• VAIT knowledge is also an advantage

The total comp for this role is up to €55k with a base up to €47k. You will get weinechatsgeld where in November and April you will get an extra salary paid making the package up to €55k from the base. This role requires 3 days per week in their Dekendorf office.
