Head of Compliance

Barclay Simpson are currently recruiting for a Head of Compliance to join a famous name in the finance world. This is a globally recognised brand and they operates specifically in the asset management space across private markets and public markets. This business is boutique in terms of size but a behemoth in terms of brand reputation. You will be working with the best in the business and have a great opportunity to progress.

This role is perfect for someone looking for that step up in their career without immediately taking on the risk of SMF16/17. You will be the Head of Compliance but reporting into the COO who holds the SMFs. The role is generalist in nature covering all aspects of compliance and will be very “hands on”. You will be the main point of contact for the business and the executive committee for compliance queries.

You will come from another asset manager and will be looking for progression into a Head of Compliance position. On top of this amazing opportunity the offices are really something special.
