Director of Corporate Governance
Our client is a global financial services organization looking to hire an experienced Corporate Governance professional into their CoSec function in a newly created role.
This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join a leading international organization at the Director level and get daily exposure to C-Suite level operators in the business.
The key stakeholders for this position will include: The Group Chairman and Committee Chairs, Group Company Secretary, Group General Counsel and Senior Members of the Group Secretariat
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the organization is well prepared to address and implement its corporate governance obligations across the Group, but focusing on PLC and the main subsidiaries.
The ideal candidate is likely to be a qualified lawyer and/or seasoned CoSec professional with a track record in corporate governance and listed company work.
