Barclay Simpson has just been engaged to start a search for a lawyer to join the growing Real Estate legal team at a longstanding banking client of ours.

Having placed multiple individuals in this team over the years we’ll be able to give you a unique insight into the organization’s structure, product area coverage and future growth plans.

This role is a newly created position for a lawyer of c.3-7 PQE to join a collaborative and high performing team.

The position with see you cover a broad range of Real Estate matters and will see you look at deals from origniation to completion. Although the role is centered around REF matters, the team generally deals will all Real Estate legal matters that the bank encounters.

You will be working with lawyers across a variety of business areas with excellent senior stakeholder exposure so that no two days on the job will be the same.

The role will suit an individual coming from a Real Estate Finance background from private practice who has perhaps undertaken a secondment in Real Estate Finance at a bank or perhaps someone who is already In-House and looking for a change of pace.
