This is an outstanding opportunity to join a recently created organisation that promotes corporate governance best practice across Saudi Arabia whilst making a contribution to global governance debates. They are seeking a Director, Research and Thought Leadership to join a small team that produces high-quality original research into corporate governance topics. The Director will research and author white papers and thought leadership pieces, grounded in data, evidence and practitioner engagement. The focus of the role is on individual intellectual output and engagement with the corporate governance fraternity.
They are seeking a recognised specialist in corporate governance who has a strong track record of publishing work on topics such as stewardship, ESG or Board effectiveness. Candidates may come from a variety of environments including governance institutions or professional bodies, regulators, think tanks and research institutes or governance advisory or consulting roles. They are seeking a corporate governance specialist who can produce original, board-relevant research and shape practical governance debates.
