Compliance Officer
I’m partnering with a leading multi-manager hedge fund to hire a Compliance Officer focused on Expert Networks and MNPI risk in New York.
This is a front-facing role working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Investment teams, overseeing expert network activity and research compliance across the platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and approve expert network requests
- Chaperone expert calls and document interactions
- Conduct MNPI analysis and vetting
- Partner with expert network providers
- Support eComms surveillance and compliance monitoring
- Advise front office teams and deliver trainings
