Compliance Officer
Barclay Simpson are currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join the London office of a global, multi-strategy hedge fund. The business has been growing significantly in recent years and is one of the leading names in the market. You will be joining a growing team and reporting into a highly experienced Head of Compliance. This is an opportunity to really make a name for yourself in the hedge fund space and to accelerate your career.
The role is a broad compliance role but with a focus on monitoring and surveillance. You will be responsible for carrying out desk reviews and trade surveillance. You will also be responsible for some compliance advisory work and for monitoring regulatory developments.
You will come from a compliance role with experience of carrying out surveillance and desk based reviews. People from asset management and banking backgrounds will be considered.
