Actuarial Credit Risk Specialist
Barclay Simpson are currently recruiting for an Actuarial Credit Risk Specialist specialising in Equity Release Mortgages to join a leading Insurance company located in London (other office locations in the UK also possible). This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers an opportunity to work on diverse quant projects and contribute to the development of the credit ratings oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct credit models validation with an oversight of Equity Release Mortgages ratings
- Review and monitor internal ratings and approaches to asset classes such as Real Estate and Corporates
- Use Credit Analysis to assess the risks related to Asset Management
Your Profile:
- Qualified Actuary with 2+ years experience in Insurance and/ or Credit Risk
- Key technical experience with modelling and proficiency in key languages such as Python, VBA or Java
- Strong interest in Credit Analysis
