We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Investment Risk Manager to play a key role in real estate investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on real estate investment portfolios.
• Analyze market trends and assess potential risks associated with various real estate assets.
• Collaborate with investment teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Utilize sophisticated analytical tools to evaluate risk exposure and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors impacting real estate investments.
• Work closely with other risk management professionals to ensure a holistic approach to risk across the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate investment risk analysis within an asset management firm.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and risk management practices.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey risk insights to internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous.
• Familiarity with real estate investment software and risk modeling tools.
