Job Summary: As an Investment Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analysing, measuring, and reporting market, liquidity, and counterparty risk for fund products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with investment teams, drive engagement, and provide value-added analysis to optimize portfolio performance.

 

 

Job Description:

 

What is the Opportunity? You will analyse, measure, and report market, liquidity, and counterparty risk for fund products.

 

What Will You Do?

• Monitor macroeconomic and market risks across various funds.

• Assess exposure against internal and external limits, actively investigating and addressing exceptions.

• Conduct daily reviews of risk and pinpoint key areas of concern.

• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to scrutinize risk positioning and refine portfolio construction.

• Deliver value-added analysis through activities such as scenario and stress testing, regression analysis, and optimizing portfolios.

• Chair meetings with Investment teams, offering valuable insights into prominent risk factors.

 

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have:

 

• Proven experience and knowledge of Emerging Markets and Credit products.

Prior experience in either a Market Risk Manager role or an Investment Risk Manager role

• Proficiency in establishing and sustaining positive relationships, collaborating effectively with team members, and engaging in constructive communication.

• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, meticulousness, and diligence in fulfilling responsibilities.
