Senior Internal Auditor (FTC)

Barclay Simpson have been engaged by a very well known household name in the Media sector to recruit for a Senior Internal Auditor on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. This role can be based in Birmingham city centre or London and will require you to be in the office 2 days/week.

Reporting into the Internal Audit Manager and Head of Internal Audit, you will be delivering end-to-end audit reviews autonomously with minimal involvement from management. This will involve planning, scoping, testing and reporting then communicating recommendations to the business. These reviews will cover all areas of the business and could include financial, operational or compliance audits as well as ad hoc investigations work, if required.

You will be an experienced Internal Auditor with a relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/IIA) and be available immediately or on short notice (1 month max). You must be able to confidently deliver high quality internal audits with minimal guidance and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Full eligibility to work in the UK and UK based experience is essential.

The salary on offer is up to £65,000.
