VP- Operational Resilience and Crisis Management

This exciting Financial Services organisation has a unique opportunity for an experienced Operational Resilience professional to step into a VP level role in order to enhance and run the Operational Resilience framework and Crisis Management framework. This is a great opportunity as the organisation promotes internal progression, and will be tackling the DORA piece which you will gain exposure to.

In this role you will report directly into the Head of Operational Resilience, this role is his backfill, and you will be responsible for leading crisis management response and planning activities, creating and maintaining crisis plans and playbooks, planning and executing exercises, and developing and implementing the Operational Resilience framework inline with regulatory expectations, amongst other responsibilities.

To be successful with your application you must in depth knowledge of Crisis Management and responding to crisis’s, extensive exposure to the UK Operational Resilience regulations is beneficial, prior experience in FS is essential, and a background in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or Crisis Management is preferred.
