BCM Manager

I am currently working with a leading insurance firm backed by an insurance giant to headhunt a Business Continuity Manager for vital work in the organisation. This is a great opportunity as you will be the dedicated BCM SME and be able to take ownership of the work you do. Furthermore, you will be joining a mature function in which there are plans in place and you will have an opportunity to grow the team under yourself.

In this role you will be responsible for, conducting BIA’s, creating and testing plans, creating crisis management frameworks, conducting training and exercises, and creating communication channels for crisis’s, amongst other responsibilities.

The company is looking for someone who has experience with conducting BIA’s and creating BCP’s, works inline with BSI standards or ISO, a good understanding of Crisis management, and a certification is desirable but not essential.

This organisation offers a range of benefits including bonus, medical insurance, life assurance, amongst other benefits. Salary for this role goes up to €90,000 total comp and you will be required to be in the office 2-3 days a week in Stuttgart.
