Senior IAM Officer

My client, a household name in the financial sector, is seeking a Senior IAM Officer to join their team in Gloucestershire or Scotland. This is a growing function which is continuously expanding, and you will be able to grow the existing team under yourself.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the IAM team, maintaining and implementing the IAM program, identifying and analysing risks to recommend remediation actions, review IAM controls to make sure they are operating correctly, support security reviews, develop policies and procedures, and produce reports, amongst other responsibilities.

 

The successful applicant will have experience leading an IAM team and managing the day to day operations. Experience with tools such as Sailpoint and Cyberark is desirable but not essential. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with two days a week in the office and three days a week remote.
