Systems Engineer

Leading defence firm seeks a Systems Engineer to join its consulting business based near Bournemouth.

 

In this role, you will design and build cutting edge IT solutions for a variety of solutions including communications, operations and cyber security.  You will produce high level and low level designs, delivering and assuring systems to meet the customer requirements.

 

You will have a background in IT, and must have a good understanding of software and security architectures, development frameworks and and implementation.  Any experience of military IT equipment will be beneficial, but is not essential.

 

This role will suit someone from public sector, a defence firm, a corporate business, straight from the military or a consultancy/services business.  Training will be provided.

 

You must live in Bournemouth or the surrounding area because, due to the nature of the work, you will be required on site 3 days a week.  SC clearance will also be required for this role. Due to the level of the security clearance required, you must be a British sole national.
