Barclay Simpson have partnered with a leading defence organisation who are looking for highly skilled System Engineers at various levels to join their Dynamic Engineering Team.
Position: System Engineers
Location – Bournemouth – Hybrid ( 3 days on site )
- Analysing, designing, and delivering solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
- Developing and implementing secure information or communication systems through thoughtful design and execution.
- Leveraging engineering and architectural expertise to tackle complex problem-solving challenges.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and their practical applications.
- Cultivating strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Advocating for the advancement of innovative ideas, including concept exploration, prototyping, development, and production.
Essential skills:
- Systems Engineering and Integration Expertise
- Guiding Engineering Teams with Technical Leadership
- Overseeing the Entire Lifecycle of Technical Solutions, from Conception to Deployment
- Assessing Cost and Benefit Considerations for Suitable Technologies
- Integrating Off-the-Shelf Software Systems to Enhance Business Operations (COTS Integration)
