The world’s largest travel company are looking for a Software Engineer II – Full Stack to join their team. In terms of scale, you will make a real impact in the growth and development of our clients well known application / website which operates across nearly 50 markets, over 20 languages and nearly 500 million average monthly activities. The largest marketplace where travellers can book more than 300,000 tours, experiences, and activities.

The role:

We’re looking for a Software Engineer II to join a fast-growing team. You can work remotely in the UK, or hybrid from the Oxford or London office. Within the team it is a fun and friendly environment where the key objective is getting things done. Working closely alongside product managers and designers, our engineers are part of the full process from software design to code, to test, to deployment and back again. Most of our engineer’s release code to production every few days and we have a daily release cycle.

Essential skills:

  • Computer Science Degree
  • Java
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • GraphQL
  • Kubernetes
  • SQL and NoSQL databases
  • AWS would be advantageous
  • You will need to have experience of a statically typed, object-oriented language such as Java, C#, or C++
