Engineering Manager
Engineering Manager | Travel | Amsterdam – 3 days per week in central Amsterdam office | Up to €110k base
A fast-growing innovative travel company who specialises in the booking & payments platform for multi-day and group travel businesses are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team based out of their Amsterdam office. Their products have built great bases supporting over 5000 companies transact to over half a million travellers, the engineering team is constantly evolving to support these businesses’ growth.
As the Engineering Manager, you will be bought into help guide their talented software development team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable still be technically hands on when required whilst helping upskill, mentor the team whilst pushing technical direction and best practices. They use Ruby as their main tech stack but are language agnostic and happy for the candidate to come from any technical background.
The package is paying up to €110k + full company benefits, the role requires the candidates to come in to their Amsterdam office 3 times per week.
