Senior Risk & Resilience Analyst

Role Overview:

Great opportunity to work for a well-known credit agency as a Senior Resilience & Operational Risk Analyst. This is a small team with broad scope, reporting into the Head of Operational Risk you will be heavily involved with implementing the resilience strategy & the operational risk framework.

Responsibilities:              

  • Resilience Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive resilience strategies aligned with our objectives, identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and recommending proactive measures.
  • Operational Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of operational risks, prioritizing potential threats based on impact and likelihood.
  • Scenario Planning: Coordinate scenario exercises, refining strategies based on insights to enhance our readiness for various contingencies.
  • Incident Response: Leverage your expertise during crises to guide effective incident responses and communication strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, integrating resilience considerations and staying informed about industry best practices.

Previous Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operational / enterprise risk management role; specifically with experience in control assessments, taxonomy development, and/or incident investigations.
  • Prior work experience in Operational Resilience / Business Continuity Management an asset.
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
