Senior Audit Associate – Wealth Management

My client is a prestigious investment management company which has a long and rich history. It has a position for a bright FS internal /external auditor to join its wealth management team. While this person can come from any FS background, asset or wealth management or retail/ private banking would be particularly beneficial. They will likely have a professional audit qualification, solid work history and a strong academic background, matched by good communication and interpersonal skills. If coming from an external audit background exposure to ISAE3402/SOC work could be advantageous but not essential.

Audits will focus on Wealth/Private Banking and some interesting thematic audits across the Group. I have placed most of this team, including the Head of Audit and almost without fail my candidates have been promoted at least once since joining, which speaks strongly to the management and investment in training and development of its staff.

While city based and a hybrid pattern of 3 days per week in the office, there is some international travel.  There is some choice as to how much travel you wish to do, but some locations can be quite exotic as well as the more traditional European locations.
