Senior Internal Audit Manager
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced internal audit professional to join a well-established and forward-thinking audit function in a hands-on Senior Internal Audit Manager role, which can be performed remotely.
As a Senior Manager you’ll take ownership of audits from initial planning through fieldwork, reporting and agreeing actions with the business. Working across a varied risk-based audit plan, you’ll assess key risks and controls, develop well-evidenced findings and produce clear, commercially focused audit reports.
This is an interesting opportunity for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of a business, building strong stakeholder relationships and providing constructive challenge. You’ll also contribute insight around emerging risks and themes, while helping improve the overall quality and efficiency of audit delivery.
The successful candidate will have strong UK-based internal audit experience (5+ years at least!), excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage audits and stakeholders effectively – this senior level exposure must be seen on the CV. You’ll be comfortable applying professional judgement, identifying root causes and translating complex issues into clear, practical recommendations.
