Risk Analyst/Risk Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Risk Analyst/Risk Manager to join a leading Life-Insurance organisation based in London. The successful candidate will support the Head of Enterprise Risk and the Head of Operational Risk by ensuring financial and non-financial risks are identified, assessed, managed, and reported across the Group and to ensure the effective operation of the financial and non-financial elements of the Group Risk Management Framework. This position will require the successful candidate to work in their London offices 3 days per week.

 

The Job:

• Support the oversight of financial and non-financial risks across the Group. This includes supporting risk-related processes for the Group functions such as the RCSA process.
• Leadership of build-out of Group risk reporting to the Board Risk Committee and Management Risk and Compliance Committee.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the financial and non-financial risk elements of the Risk Appetite framework and Risk Limits.
• Development and enhancement of financial and non-financial risk policies. Oversee the management periodic reviewing of the policies.

 

Your Experience:

• A strong and demonstrable background working within Non-Financial Risk (Operational Risk and Enterprise Risk).
• Experience working within Financial Services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and engage with senior level stakeholders.
• Excellent reporting experience with the ability to put this into a stimulating visual for ExCo.
