Team Lead OT Security
I’m currently supporting a global manufacturing organisation with the appointment of a Head of IT/OT & Manufacturing Technology, based in the Trier region.
This is a senior position combining local Plant IT leadership with responsibility for helping shape the organisation’s global OT strategy.
You will lead the local IT function while driving initiatives across IT/OT convergence, industrial Cyber Security, Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, MES, automation and digital manufacturing across international production sites.
The position has significant senior-level visibility, reporting into the Global CIO with support and close collaboration from the Global CISO, particularly around OT Cyber Security and resilience.
They are looking for someone with:
- 10+ years across IT/OT, manufacturing technology or industrial environments
- 5+ years of leadership / people management
- A strong IT/OT engineering background
- Industrial networks, automation, infrastructure & Cyber Security
- OT strategy, governance and IT/OT integration
- International manufacturing experience
- Willingness to travel internationally
