Security Business Analyst – Threat & Exposure Management (AI)
Senior Security Business Analyst required to support cyber security initiatives across Continuous Threat Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, Vulnerability Management, and Agentic AI. This is a hands-on BA role focused on requirements gathering, process improvement and workshop facilitation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with Security, Product and Engineering teams.
- Support initiatives across Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management and CTEM.
- Define processes, user stories, gap analyses and business requirements.
- Support the adoption of AI and Agentic AI within security programmes.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst delivering cyber security projects.
- Understanding of Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management/ASM and CTEM.
- Exposure to AI or Agentic AI initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ideal Background: A personable, hands-on Security BA who understands modern threat and exposure management and can work closely with product teams to deliver practical security solutions.
