Investment Risk Analyst

A global investment fund requires an experienced investment risk analyst to play a key role in their international real estate investment portfolio.  The fund has a large and diverse portfolio including numerous high profile and high value assets.  The real estate investment analyst will be involved in all aspects of risk measurement and assessment through the due diligence process of potential investments.  This will include  financial modelling of the investment’s viability and providing in depth financial reports to the investment team, including analyses of market conditions.

Candidates should have had significant experience of investment due diligence and risk reviews of direct investments, particularly in real estate.  This will include advanced financial modelling and financial analysis experience and presenting reports to senior stakeholders.  You will be working as part of a small private markets investment team but will hold a good deal of autonomy over real estate investment risk.  This is an outstanding organisation that will offer excellent career development in a highly professional environment.
