Head of ISDA

My client is a commodities trading firm looking for a seasoned lawyer who can take the lead on ISDA and EFET negotiation and coordination.

This will require a lawyer with a strong background in derivatives documentation who can coordinate with all relevant parties both internal and external.

The role will take the lead for coordination and negotiation of these documents, novation, credit support annexes and cross product netting agreements .

They are going through a period of reorganisation and growth so it’s a very exciting time to join the firm.

This is being offered as an initial fixed term contract for 12 months while they work out a few logistics such as where the role will ultimately sit. For now it sits alongside the credit risk team but may eventually move across into group legal.

There is a very realistic prospect of this going permanent but this can’t be guaranteed.
