Internal Auditor – Asset Management
A leading investment management business is looking to recruit an Internal Auditor to join its well-established and highly regarded Internal Audit team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing function that works across the full breadth of the business, providing exposure to front office investment activities, central functions and regulatory change. The role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to develop into a broad asset management auditor within a supportive environment.
The Internal Audit team is well established, with experienced colleagues who work closely together and actively mentor more junior members of the team. Rather than operating within a rigid hierarchy, responsibilities are allocated according to experience and capability, allowing individuals to develop at their own pace whilst taking on increasing ownership of assignments.
You’ll be involved in audits covering investment management, operations, finance, risk, compliance and governance, working closely with stakeholders across the business and gaining exposure to senior management from an early stage.

Internal mobility is actively encouraged and several members of the audit team have successfully moved into first and second line roles across the wider business.
Applicants could come from a range of financial services backgrounds including asset management, wealth management, banking or insurance Internal Audit. Previous asset management experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential for candidates with strong audit fundamentals and an interest in developing within the investment management sector.
