Cyber Security Consultant

My client, an innovative and forward-thinking boutique consultancy, is seeking hands on consultants to join their thriving practice.

In this role, you will work with clients across the globe in advising and security their security perimeters, using a variety of techniques. You will work to risk assess, analyse gaps and remediate vulnerabilities and advise best practice. You will utilise your communication skills to advise these clients on how best to build security functions, whilst also being part of incident response remediation.

To be successful in your application, you must have a blend of technical understanding and GRC experience. Ideally, you will have experience working and adhering to several frameworks and standards, including but not limited to NIST and ISO27001. You will also have good understanding of vulnerability management, incident response and cyber risk assessments. Prior background in consulting is a must have. Certifications such as SANS courses are a plus but by no means a necessity. Knowledge of both on prem, cloud and hybrid environments is desirable.
