Compliance Policy & Governance Manager (VP)
An international financial institution is looking for a Compliance Policy & Governance Manager to support its Head of Policy & Governance in London.
This is a broad and highly visible role with the opportunity to deputise at key committees and shape the bank’s compliance policy framework.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance compliance policy and governance frameworks

Advise business and support functions (Ops, HR, IT) on regulatory change

Drive process improvements as part of a compliance transformation initiative

Chair or support key internal committees and governance activities
What We’re Looking For:
-
5–7 years’ experience in compliance policy, governance or advisory

Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills
-
Experience delivering compliance initiatives in complex environments
-
Project-based experience within regulatory compliance
Location: London (Hybrid working, approx. 3 days in office)
