We are currently working with a Global Financial Services company based in Surrey, with an approximate portfolio worth £5 billion. They are currently hiring for a Compliance Officer to focus on regulatory compliance across the whole business. The position will be a part of the Compliance team, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and a strong conduct culture is maintained.

The main responsibilities of the role include monitoring regulations to make sure that all changes are communicated to the business effectively. This includes ensuring that both new and current regulations are understood and met on a company wide basis. This could include taking actions such as gap analysis and risk assessments. Other duties may include: completing RMAR, regional reporting regional reporting, working with the NCA in managing Suspicious Activity Reporting and also being in regular communication with the FCA.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Compliance team previously in their career. It is important that they have good exposure to the FCA, DPA, AML and CTF and a good understanding of conduct compliance monitoring and conduct risk management.
