C# Software Developer

Our client is looking for a talented and driven Software Developer to become part of our energetic team in the healthcare IT sector. The perfect candidate should have a solid foundation in C#, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server, along with a keen interest in creating innovative solutions to enhance healthcare services and improve patient outcomes. A passion for technology and a willingness to learn every aspect of our systems are essential. This role demands a versatile individual who can work independently on projects or collaboratively as part of a team.

Please note this role is remote, but the client would prefer somebody Midlands based.

Key skills:

  • Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, and database design.
  • Experience with developing and consuming web services (RESTful and/or SOAP).
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous
  • deployment (CI/CD) tools
  • Understanding of healthcare standards and protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is desirable
  • Knowledge of healthcare data security and privacy regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
