Sean heads up the Technology and Change recruitment team. With a focus on both permanent and contract recruitment, Sean specialises in sourcing top talent within Development, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Architecture, and Digital Transformation domains. His collaborative efforts extend beyond traditional recruitment, as he works  closely with our sister company, BSS, to provide outcomes-based consultancy services.

Bringing over 16 years of experience to the table, Sean has a proven track record of successfully completing complex team scaling projects. His expertise spans across various industries, including financial services, retail, telecoms, utilities, and the public sector. Sean’s expert knowledge allows him to assist in guiding his clients through the ever changing world of technology recruitment.
