Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Manager

This exciting Fintech has a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Continuity professional step into a manager role in order to help grow Business Continuity function and tackle the Operational Resilience piece. This is an exciting opportunity as you don’t have to have any prior experience doing Operational Resilience as they will be able to teach you this, and this is a new role in the team in which you will report directly into the Head of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience

This is a rare opportunity because the company is looking for someone to influence and help shape the function ahead of the regulation deadlines in which they are happy to teach you the Operational Resilience piece. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about Operational Resilience regulations and Business Continuity and help to grow a team under yourself in the future. You will also be able to develop relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

 

The company is looking for someone who has strong Business Continuity experience and is willing to step into a manager role and learn about Operational Resilience. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis in which you will need to be able to travel to the office for 2 days a week and 3 days a week from home.
