Legal Counsel
My client is a high performing alternative funds manager with c$50 billion AUM looking to add a new Lawyer to their team due to company growth. The client focuses on all classes of private market funds from private equity to infrastructure and credit, hedge funds etc. Their main clients are ultra high net worth individuals, family offices, endowments, pension funds etc.
They have offices globally but are headquartered in the UK and this is a new role to join team of 4 exceptional quality lawyers (including the GC) covering everything from fund structuring to client agreements as well as broader corporate and commercial work. It should remain interesting and varied work.
They are looking for someone with around 1-5 years PQE from a high quality background and a solid grounding in private markets funds/investment management work.
