Legal Counsel
The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters for a brokerage in London. Responsibilities include drafting commercial contract agreements, addressing commodities issues, and general financial services, investments and trading work.
In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working in-house and should have ideally worked in this environment before.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the various internal departments
- Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
- Negotiate and draft complex agreements
Qualifications
- U.K or common law qualified to practice law
- 2+ years’ legal work experience
