Senior Knowledge Lawyer
Barclay Simpson have been engaged by a global financial services organization looking to hire a senior governance professional into their team.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a Senior Knowledge Lawyer with a corporate M&A background who is familiar with corporate governance code and listed company work as it applies to governance.
The individual will be responsible for looking after the nomination committee and will be tasked with helping write the annual report.
The role reports into the most senior CoSec individual in the organization and presents a fantastic opportunity to look at corporate governance on a truly global scale.
