M&A Legal VP
My client is a tier 1 banking group looking to make a VP hire into their legal M&A team. This team does their own account work as well as a number of other transactions.
I have placed people into this team recently and can say with absolute certainty that they’re fantastic so you’ll work with incredible people and cover really interesting work.
They need a really strong corporate M&A lawyer who is either in private practice or currently in house. This is a transactional team so you will need to enjoy this aspect of the role. While exposure to in house banking experience would be useful They are happy to look at a variety of backgrounds.
The role will cover everything from execution of M&A transactions to providing advice to all levels of the organisation as well as the negotiation of associated documentation.
The calibre of both the work and the people in the team is hard to beat so this will be a popular role.
